DFW Family Church Senior Pastor
Rev. Hideyuki Sakai 
Hideyuki Sakai was born in Japan in 1957. At the age of 19, he met the Unification movement through CARP (Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles) Japan. In the 1982 Blessing of 6000 couples, he was blessed in marriage to Toyoko.
Shortly after, in 1986, they moved to America to serve as missionaries with CARP America. Rev. Sakai attended Unification Theological Seminary from 1995-2000, and moved to the state of Wisconsin to serve as the State leader. His family lived there for six years, until he was appointed as the State leader of Texas and his family moved to Dallas. Rev. Sakai also served as a local pastor of the DFW Family Church under Rev. Jackson from 2019-2021. In July of this year he was appointed as the new Senior Pastor of the DFW Family Church. He is passionate about raising the younger generation in Divine Principle lecturing, and teaching lessons on True Parent’s course. |
